William Richard "Billy" West is an American voice actor and comedian best known for his voice-work in a number of television shows, films and commercials. He has done hundreds of voices over his his career, such as Stimpy J. Cat in The Ren & Stimpy Show (on which he also voiced Ren from the third season onward), Doug Funnie and Roger Klotz in the original Doug series, and a number of characters in Futurama including Philip J. Fry, Professor Farnsworth, Dr. Zoidberg and others. He also does voices for commercials and is the current voice of the Red M&M and Buzz the Honey Nut Cheerios Bee. In addition to his original voices, he has also voiced Bugs Bunny, Elmer Fudd, Popeye, and Woody Woodpecker in newer iterations.
